Igor Malinovskiy 796f168c5c Add tox job for building LXD image

Add additional tox job 'buildimage-lxd' which produces
lxd metadata package and rootfs with installs
nfs-ganesha, unfs3 and cifs.

Build instructions

Script for creating Ubuntu based image with our elements and default parameters. You should only need to run this command:

tox -e buildimage
