
Purpose of this commit is to add Zuul job for building Monasca-Kibana-Plugin. List of changes: - Configuring ESLint with *.json file - Fixing lint error - Adding Zuul job for building Monasca-Kibana-Plugin Please notice that nodejs10-jobs are removed, cause of changes related to building plugin.
