Damian Dabrowski ea456d9c21 Add TLS support to adjutant backends 
By overriding the variable `adjutant_backend_ssl: True` HTTPS will
be enabled, disabling HTTP support on the adjutant backend api.

The ansible-role-pki is used to generate the required TLS
certificates if this functionality is enabled.

This Ansible role installs and configures OpenStack adjutant.

This role will install the following Upstart services:
  • adjutant-api
  • adjutant-processor

Required Variables

adjutant_service_password
adjutant_rabbitmq_password
adjutant_galera_password
adjutant_galera_address
