Travis Truman 788fbfd98d Remove dependency on the Keystone admin auth token 
Now that auth token usage is deprecated, prefer the admin
user and password for all horizon setup tasks run against
keystone.

OpenStack-Ansible Horizon

This Ansible role installs and configures OpenStack Horizon served by the Apache webserver. Horizon is configured to use Galera for session caching and memcached for other caching.
