Jean-Philippe Evrard c9ab17e0ed Remove ansible<2.2 apt cache hack

Now ansible apt module correctly behaves, so it's time
to deprecate these cruft tasks for apt.

OpenStack-Ansible Horizon

This Ansible role installs and configures OpenStack Horizon served by the Apache webserver. Horizon is configured to use Galera for session caching and Memcached for other caching.
