Jesse Pretorius d405d276db Remove galera_client meta-dependency

Given that pymysql is pure python and has no C binding
dependencies, we no longer need the role to install the
MariaDB client libraries.

OpenStack-Ansible Horizon

This Ansible role installs and configures OpenStack Horizon served by the Apache webserver. Horizon is configured to use Galera for session caching and Memcached for other caching.
