Damian Dabrowski db7110d297 Add PKI support to horizon backends 
Replace legacy SSL support with ansible-role-pki.
It is used to generate required TLS certificates if needed.

OpenStack-Ansible Horizon

This Ansible role installs and configures OpenStack Horizon served by the Apache webserver. Horizon is configured to use Galera for session caching and Memcached for other caching.
