Andy McCrae 01e1299110 Remove unrequired messaging setup task file 
The messaging setup happens as part of the playbook.
This task file never gets called, so can be removed.

OpenStack-Ansible keystone

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack Keystone. Keystone is installed behind the Apache webserver listening on port 5000 and port 35357 by default.
