Marcus Klein 32b2042d5f Same service setup host python interpreter for LDAP domains

The service setup host python interpreter has been made configurable and
the same needs to be used to setup a Keystone LDAP domain.

OpenStack-Ansible keystone

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack Keystone. Keystone is installed behind the Apache webserver listening on port 5000 by default.
