Mohammed Naser 4dcd88a55d Drop unnecessary dependencies from role

The role currently installs debhelper and dh-apparmor which are
not used and cruft from years ago.  It's causing issues with the
UCA Queens repos so removing them fixes the gate and speeds up
installs.

OpenStack-Ansible keystone

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack Keystone. Keystone is installed behind the Apache webserver listening on port 5000 and port 35357 by default.
