[doc] Rename extending-osa page
Current page name is not reflecting it's content. While there are quite important notes about overriding set of roles/collections which are not obvious at all from the tree. It also adjusts maxdepth to contain 2nd level of headers inside pages to be more explicit about page content. Change-Id: If1d58ab564097a4903b41a53a74146110bd04df1
