Update Ansible to 2.5.5
This fixes several performance and module issues. One such issue we'll
need resolved can be seen here:
 * https://github.com/ansible/ansible-modules-extras/issues/1278

Without this fix the `rabbitmq_user` module will stacktrace if the user
password is change.
