Hugh Saunders 850221910e Set --serial as default in run-tempest.sh

Currently this is set in gate-check-commit, but this is a sensible
default for situations other than gate-check-commit so it should be set
in run-tempest itself.

OpenStack Ansible

OpenStack-Ansible is an official OpenStack project which aims to deploy production environments from source in a way that makes it scalable while also being simple to operate, upgrade, and grow.
