Dmitriy Rabotyagov d72b3394a2 Remove Ubuntu 20.04 support
With ansible-core>=2.14 python 3.8 support has been dropped. Moreover,
nova has bumped minimal required version for libvirt/qemu, which makes
us to remove support for Ubuntu 20.04 Focal Fossa.
