Jimmy McCrory 2791856b38 Revert "Update Ansible to v2.1.2.0-1" ...

This reverts commit 71792b9c7c34ff14ca821a421b05b9bd75d6f28b.

Ansible 2.1.2.0's cron module has a bug[0] requiring that a job name be
provided for an absent state when it should be optional. This breaks a
few tasks in the os_keystone role and possibly others.
