Mohammed Naser c300748be9 Add mirrors for EPEL and Percona

We are configuring EPEL and Percona with the ability of customizing
the mirrors so this syncs the change so that the integrated repo
using the mirrors as well.

OpenStack-Ansible is an official OpenStack project which aims to deploy production environments from source in a way that makes it scalable while also being simple to operate, upgrade, and grow.
