Kevin Carter d1f157c611 IRR - Implemented for os_keystone
The change removes and points os_keystone to use the independent
os_keystone repo.

OpenStack-Ansible is an official OpenStack project which aims to deploy production environments from source in a way that makes it scalable while also being simple to operate, upgrade, and grow.
