Jean-Philippe Evrard 2044f5b511 Lighter ceph gates ...

Because heat and horizon are already tested in the main AIO build,
there is no reason to test it twice. Instead of we should simplify
each build to run faster.

I hope this will bring more success in the ceph gates.
