Kevin Carter f86e1eddb5 Update release note as the process has changed
The bind mount for "/var/log" is only done on greenfield deployments,
on upgrace this feature is disabled.

OpenStack-Ansible is an official OpenStack project which aims to deploy production environments from source in a way that makes it scalable while also being simple to operate, upgrade, and grow.
