[DATABASE] Maintain minimum given number of backups
Modifies the backup script in the way that there will always be a minimum given number of days of backups in both local, and remote (if applicable) locations, regardless the date that the backups are taken. Change-Id: I19d5e592905ce83acdba043f68ca4d0b042de065
