Steve Wilkerson 36d03133f8 Add statefulset update strategy to elasticsearch data statefulset 
This adds the helm-toolkit function for defining the update
strategy for the elasticsearch-data statefulset and sets the chart
default to RollingUpdate

Openstack-Helm-Infra

Mission

The goal of OpenStack-Helm-Infra is to provide charts for services or integration of third-party solutions that are required to run OpenStack-Helm.
