Gage Hugo 0e1c186242 Bump pip to latest in kubeadm Dockerfile ...

The cryptography package from pypi recently introduced some
breaking changes[0] with regards to forcing a dependency on rust.
This caused the multinode gate to fail when building the
kubeadm-aio image.

This change updates pip to the latest version as a workaround.
