Fix rabbitmq readiness script error in k8s v1.7
In Kubernetes version 1.7.x, /proc/1/fd/2 command in rabbitmq readiness shell script makes an error. Instead of using /proc/1/fd/2, use /dev/null. Change-Id: Ia4fb7f3130ec1a8fccc125bf11e997b77935e1ba Closes-bug: 1719763
