Lucas de Ataides 6cebb49da6 Add readiness probe initial delay to some charts ... In some environments, the readiness probe for the cinder-api, glance-api and heat-api are failing, but the liveness probes are not. This change adds a initialDelaySeconds value to the readiness probes of these deployments.
