Vladimir Kozhukalov fc365b8dd5 Bump Cirros image version to 0.6.2
In Bobcat by default the ssh keypair is generated
with ed25519 algorithm which is incompatible with
Cirros 0.3.5. The Cirros 0.6.2 also requires minimum
128Mi of RAM
