- Enables the ability to monkey-patch eventlet during testing by setting OSLO_LOG_TEST_EVENTLET=1 in environment. - Fix deadlock running tests under eventlet monkey-patching - Enable new CI job which runs unit tests with evenlet monkey patching enabled.
