Improve compatibility with netaddr 1.x
netaddr 0.10 added flags to define the semantics while parsing
IP addresses. available are inet_pton() and inet_aton() semantics,
which inet_aton() semantics the default in 0.10 and inet_pton() the
default in 1.x. As the testsuite specifically tests for aton semantics,
set that flag.

ovsdbapp

A library for creating OVSDB applications

The ovdsbapp library is useful for creating applications that communicate via Open_vSwitch's OVSDB protocol (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7047). It wraps the Python 'ovs' and adds an event loop and friendly transactions.

Features:

  • An thread-based event loop for using ovs.db.Idl
  • Transaction support
  • Native OVSDB communication
