sunyajing 6df09fd377 Support multi-delete for commands in identity V2
Commands are "ec2 credentials delete", "service delete", "endpoint delete".
Also update their unit tests and functional tests.

--project <project>

Create credentials in project (name or ID; default: current authenticated project)

--user <user>

Create credentials for user (name or ID; default: current authenticated user)

--user-domain <user-domain>

Domain the user belongs to (name or ID). This can be used in case collisions between user names exist.
