Add scenarios for live migration of an instance with volumes

Browse Source 
* Add scenario for booting an instance from volume and then
  live migrating it.
* Add scenario for booting an instance from image, attaching
  a volume and then live migrating it.
* Add unit tests and conf files for new scenarios.
