Peter Razumovsky cbcaa8b37f Add Elasticsearch plugin for logging testing ...

Add testing logging system with Elasticsearch.
The goal of the test is to check that openstack logs
sends to logging system and stores in Elasticsearch.
Create nova instance and verify it's name hit logging.
