Upgrade jsonschema upper version and adopt to recent cinderclient
In [1], requirements.upper-constraints.txt, jsonschema library upper version was bumped to 3.0.2. To avoid CI problems like [2], we should do the same in this repo. It also removes the former multiattach support dropped in Cinder Train [3] and `sort_key&sort_dir`[4].
