Add testing logging system with Elasticsearch. The goal of the test is to check that openstack logs sends to logging system and stores in Elasticsearch. Create nova instance and verify it's name hit logging. Change-Id: Ic735a7f32d176a8f8a565702adcbd40064c9c241
