Add Gentoo to distro status
Gentoo packages OpenStack and as such should (optionally) have packages looked up when adding packages to requirements. I've added Gentoo as a distro between Debian and SUSE for alphabetical reasons only and have also added a link to our official package tracker. Change-Id: Id4bd773510422a793854d46e7dcaa4e69ed36625
