Zhi Yan Liu b5a85e762a Raise warlock requirement

Glance PATCH API need use new 'require' condition for schema to validate
income requests.

Raise warlock requirement to >=1.0.1,<2 as older warlock requires a too
old jsonschema to be useful

See bug #1202391 for details.

Global dependencies for OpenStack Projects

To use this, run:

python update.py path/to/project

Entries in requirements.txt and test-requirements.txt will have their versions updated to match the entires listed here. Any entries in the target project which do not first exist here will be removed. No entries will be added.
