Avoid warnings for versioned_writes docs
This includes a couple of fixes as follows: - Add one more "-" for mode example titles to adjust the title length (it seems needed to use verbatim expression) - Remove unnecessary back slash Change-Id: If41bba040ea31f2354642b2ec32bc92ece4f0971
