Lines like `Invalid response 500 from ::1` aren't terribly useful in an
all-in-one, while lines like

'meta': '', 'port': 6200, 'region': 1, 'replication_ip': '::1',
'replication_port': 6200, 'weight': 8000.0, 'zone': 1, 'index': 0}:
Timeout (60s)
are needlessly verbose.
While we're at it, introduce a node_to_string() helper, and use it in a
bunch of places.
