Follow new infra setup for translations, see spec http://specs.openstack.org/openstack-infra/infra-specs/specs/translation_setup.html for full details. The default path of POT file is changed to $modulename/locale/$modulename.pot and translation domain is changed from $reponame to $modulename. Change-Id: Ia032c54bf8218cac232e5dd730875c3e3e18c01c

Usage
Generate a Python package project:
cookiecutter https://git.openstack.org/openstack-dev/cookiecutter.gitOpenStack projects require a working git repo for pbr to work, on newer versions of cookiecutter (>= 0.7.0 released 2013-11-09) this inital commit will be done automatically. Otherwise you will need to init a repo and commit to it before doing anything else:
cd $repo_name
git init
git add .
git commit -aThen:
- Add the project to the OpenStack Infrastructure
