OpenStack is dropping the py2.7 support in ussuri cycle.

virtualbmc is ready with python 3 and ok to drop the
python 2.7 support.

     Python 2.7 support has been dropped. Last release of virtualbmc
     to support Python 2.7 is OpenStack Train. The minimum version of Python now
     supported by virtualbmc is Python 3.6.
