In Django 3.1, django.conf.urls.url() is deprecated in favor of django.urls.re_path(). For more info see [1] These were already replaced in Horizon repo by [2]. Vitrage Dashboard is an extension for OpenStack Dashboard that provides a UI for Vitrage.

With Devstack
Add the following to your Devstack local.conf file
enable_plugin vitrage-dashboard https://opendev.org/openstack/vitrage-dashboardWith Horizon
