Ifat Afek 5b0c432547 Remove obsolete code regarding predefined relationship names

We used to have a restriction that only predefined relationship names
(e.g. contains/causes/on/etc.) could be used, but that's no longer the case.

I removed an obsolete error message and fixed a test that did not run at all.

Vitrage is the OpenStack RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Service for organizing, analyzing and expanding OpenStack alarms & events, yielding insights regarding the root cause of problems and deducing the existence of problems before they are directly detected.
