Implements processing of messages received
Adds queue lifecycle tests
Fix some bugs in:
- Representation for Requests and Responses
- Processing of the request (json.dumps() is done
in one place only
- Bug in api/v1_1/request.py (queue_get/queue_delete)
- Bug in endpoints.py (raising wrong Exception)
