Kevin Zhao 70c8790f34 Integrate OSProfiler in Zun ...

* Add osprofiler wsgi middleware. This middleware is used for 2 things:

* Add initialization of osprofiler at start of service
  Currently sending Ceilometer backend notifications will be implemented
  after ceilometer integrated.

* Traces HTTP/RPC/DB API calls
