Reed, Joshua 923d547031 Update app Zuul Check Jobs. 
Modify code to conform to flake8 and pylint.

Jobs are now flake8, pylint, py39 and metadata.

Test Plan
PASS - All zuul jobs pass as expected.

k8sapp-audit

This project contains StarlingX Kubernetes application specific python plugins for auditd. These plugins are required to integrate the auditd application into the StarlingX application framework and to support the various StarlingX deployments.
