Update references related to Management NIC MAC address change

Removed the Management NIC MAC address change entry from the tabl

dsr8mr3 and dsr8mr2+ branches needed update in the Management NIC MAC address change entry and update is here: https://review.opendev.org/c/starlingx/docs/+/933208
