Add additional config info for vswitch

Fix procedural issue in docs by adding additional configurations
for vswitch memory for numa node and huge pages (Simplex/Duplex)

Patch set 2: Apply same change to Controller Storage/Dedicated Storage

Closes-bug: 1858390
