Davi Frossard 98d8f83722 Deprecated sysinv-fpga-agent service cleanup ...

Removing systemd presets. The services sysinv-fpga-agent
and sysinv-conf-watcher don't exist anymore. So this change
is only a cleanup.

Test plan (AIO-SX):
PASS: Build, boot, bootstrap and unlock.
