Update version of Trident to 22.07.0 to keep compatibility with version 1.24 of k8s. Supports k8s from 1.19 to 1.24. Test Plan: PASS: Tested Trident 22.07.0 installation and communication with Netapp simulator. PASS: Tested the Trident update from version 21.04.1 to 22.07.0, upgrading tridentctl client version and rerunning the ansible-playbook to update the server version.
