Dan Voiculeasa 8ec9595b4f Debian: systemd: switch to old sas naming
This work is part of integration effort for Standard with dedicated
Storage.
It was observed SAS disk naming convention changed between CentOS
systemd v219 and Debian v247. Using the newer scheme we observe an
issue as described in the patch commit message.

Switch to using older naming scheme as a fix for the issue.

This change only affects Debian.
Tests on Standard with dedicated Storage:
PASS: build-pkgs, build-image, deploy
PASS: unlocked enabled available controller nodes
      unlocked enabled available storage nodes
