Update version of Trident to 23.10.0 to keep compatibility
with version 1.28 of k8s. Supports k8s from 1.23 to 1.28.
Test Plan:
- PASS: Tested Trident 23.10.0 installation and communication with
NetApp simulator.
- PASS: Tested the Trident update from version 22.07.0 to 23.10.0,
upgrading tridentctl client version and rerunning the
ansible-playbook to update the server version.
