Added CONFIG_XILINX_EMACLITE in the default configs
for rt and std. because of commit
11329e49959befc57839cdcde6fdb139a626882a [drivers:
net: xilinx_emaclite: remove arch limitation] on
https://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/linux-yocto.
Formal regression tests were carried out by colleagues
in the test team at Wind River, which include userspace
packages, ltp and posix，basic networking test etc.
